Our business

Invest, design, operate

Maison Mademoiselle invests in exceptional hospitality properties. We design or rethink each property around the guest experience, then operate it through our subsidiaries: rental management and concierge services, and villa housekeeping and upkeep. One chain from investment to operations, and one standard throughout.

This vertical integration is our thesis. Investors before operators, we invest where we operate, which aligns our interests with those of our partners. A well-conceived property is the first condition of flawless service: we think through every property before it welcomes its first guest.

Our story

From the field to strategy

01 / 07

1999 — An inspiration

In 1999, Jean-Pierre, Erwann’s grandfather, founded an investment company and acquired properties for seasonal rental. Erwann grew up around that business and learned the discipline that running a property demands. Our commitment to this business began with him.

Erwann — Wealth management and business development

Coming from a military family, Erwann seized the opportunity to join a wealth management firm serving the French Gendarmerie Nationale. Over some ten years, he built teams, launched new products and established the brand with senior military headquarters and leading military academies.

Laetitia — A standard set in the field

With a scientific background, Laetitia became a veterinary nurse specialising in animal physiotherapy and helped develop the activity of a major clinic in Haute-Corse. In parallel, she learned hands-on concierge work in top-tier villas in Corsica. There she formed the standard of experience and image that defines the house.

Two Béziers natives — Complementary strengths

Both from Béziers, they have known each other all their lives. Their skills complement one another: a demanding eye for guest experience and image on one side, financial, legal and tax structuring on the other. They decided to build together.

2022 — Mademoiselle Conciergerie

Mademoiselle Conciergerie grew out of a first personal investment in a villa: investors before operators. Today it manages exceptional villas on behalf of their owners, with the eye of a wealth manager and the standards of a host.

2026 — Mademoiselle Intendance

To control housekeeping, linen and technical care in the villas we manage, we created Mademoiselle Intendance. Teams at the required level did not exist, so we built them, and execution quality became an in-house capability.

2026 — Maison Mademoiselle

Maison Mademoiselle brings these capabilities under a single governance. It carries the investment strategy, sets the common principles and prepares the properties to come.

Our approach

Invisible care

We travel extensively and study the finest hospitality venues. One of our principal references is the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa in Soldeu, Andorra, which works with all five senses and multiplies the discreet attentions that few guests consciously notice.

Our definition of hospitality is invisible care: a detail thought through in advance, appreciated by the guest without knowing who made it. It is also a design principle: a property is conceived from the experience it is meant to produce.

The five senses, in a villa

Five design criteria, applied to every property.

Detail 01 / 05Light

Sight

Controlled light on arrival, open perspectives from the entrance.

Detail 02 / 05Silence

Hearing

Calm spaces, careful acoustics, a soundscape that is chosen and never imposed.

Detail 03 / 05Linen

Smell

Fresh linen and a property without heavy fragrance: cleanliness is felt, not announced.

Detail 04 / 05Materials

Touch

Warm materials, quality linen, pool water at the right temperature.

Detail 05 / 05First evening

Taste

A welcome note and a few local products, prepared for the first evening.

Our values

Our commitments

Trust

To owners, partners and teams, we practise transparency and keep our commitments. Trust is measured over time.

Respect

We prefer a loyal partner to an isolated opportunity. Owners, teams and suppliers are treated with respect: lasting relationships create value.

Invisible care

For guests, the detail thought through in advance and never pointed out. For owners, rigorous management they never need to worry about.

The pleasure of giving

Giving guests an experience they do not, or no longer, have the chance to live. This is the purpose of our work and what drives our teams.

Our principles

Our management doctrine

  1. Independence

Our investment and operating decisions are our own. This independence allows us to make long-term trade-offs on our own criteria.

  2. Selectivity

We choose properties, owners and partners with care. Every commitment must be one we can honour at the standard we set.

  3. Overview

We consider every trade that works around a property (design, guest welcome, housekeeping, linen, technical care) and coordinate them. Clear processes and clear communication improve the experience of guests, teams and suppliers, and the performance of the whole.

  4. Reinvestment

Results are reinvested first in the quality of the properties we operate and of the guest experience. This discipline serves long-term value.

The properties of tomorrow

We are continuously seeking the properties that will become tomorrow’s setting for our guests. Owners, introducers, partners and financing providers: this search is also an invitation.

  1. Identify and select

Villas and hospitality properties with strong potential, wherever our guests wish to stay, alongside owners and partners who share our standards.

  2. Design

Think through each property before it welcomes guests: layout, materials, technical systems and services, so that the villa is itself the experience.

  3. Operate and expand

Run each property through our subsidiaries, then broaden the platform: a brand for top-tier villas backed by dedicated services, and support for other high-end concierge companies.
