Data controller

Data collected
We only receive the data you enter in the contact form (or send us by email): your full name, email address, message and, if you provide them, your company or organisation, phone number and the subject of your enquiry. Apart from this, the server only keeps technical logs (see below).
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to reply to you. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us and, where applicable, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients and processors
Your message reaches us by email. Only Laetitia and Erwann, who run Maison Mademoiselle, read your messages; they are hosted by IONOS and may be processed by the email assistant described below. Your data is never sold, transferred or used for advertising. The form stores nothing on the website’s server.
Our processors handle it on our behalf:
- IONOS, which hosts the website and our email, within the European Union (see the legal notice);
- Anthropic PBC (United States), to help sort messages and draft replies: our inbox is also read by our internal email assistant, which relies on this artificial intelligence service. Erwann always approves every reply himself. This transfer outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Technical logs
Like any web server, the website’s server automatically records, for each visit, the IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and the browser type. These logs are used only for security and proper operation (detecting abuse, fixing faults); they are based on our legitimate interest, are never used for audience measurement and are kept for about 30 days.
Retention period
Your data is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Cookies and audience measurement
This website sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement tool and loads no external service: fonts and images are served by the website itself. This is why no consent banner is shown. Only a small technical note, kept by your browser for the duration of the visit (session storage, never transmitted), avoids replaying the opening animation on every page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to and restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at direction@maison-mademoiselle.com.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
The French version of this policy prevails.
